Our History
NickLoans has been operating since 2020, although Nick has been in the industry for over 10 Years helping clients which has enabled him to acquire a wealth of knowledge. At the start Nick began as a Real Estate agent in El Centro, CA and once he moved to the San Diego area, he transitioned to the Mortgage side of the industry and his Spanish speaking fluency helped broaden the client database in the companies he represented. Before joining the industry Nick had the privilege to work for Intel, Corp for over 10 years.
I was actually working with a mortgage company trying to refinance my home when a friend recommended Nick. I was already in the process of applying, but decided to get a quote through Nick. Not only did Nick beat the other quote, but from the first phone call, I could sense that Nick was on my side trying to get me the best loan. I noticed that my questions were answered calmly and not rushed and every request I had was met and my expectations were exceeded at every level.
